Where do our developers fit?

Thrive’s team joins them the way an internal team would: inside your tools, on your priorities, in your standups.

How is it billed?

One monthly invoice for the whole team. One hourly rate covers every skill set, and the retainer is set by the number of roles and the hours per role.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. The retainer is monthly with no long-term lock, and the team is resized each quarter as the work changes.

How does it start?

With a 30-minute video call. Next comes a couple of weeks of discovery, then a 2 to 4 week first engagement with a clear deliverable and a fixed price.

What happens to the code we already have?

Thrive maps what exists before recommending anything and does not replace what is already working. Changes ship in phases, not as a big-bang rebuild.

Who owns the code?

You do. All code, IP and architecture are fully transferable, and the infrastructure is deployed in your accounts, not Thrive’s.
